The disbursement of hazardous gases or chemicals is an ongoing threat.
Rapid detection and notification of such an event could potentially save thousands of lives and provide first responders and
emergency management officials additional information to better manage such an event.

Meteorological, Chemical, Biological and Radiological Agent Detection Sensors can be co-located with GPS reference stations,
thus providing real-time monitoring of the atmosphere at each antenna location.
An RTK-Net infrastructure of GPS reference stations combined with detection sensors not only provide first responders an accurate mapping tool,
but can also assist in providing an accurate assessment of the magnitude of a hazardous disbursement.
